Planning Hands Care and its staff come in to help and support with all the staffing needs in all departments at your facility to give the best care experience to Residents.
The federal and provincial government take Long term care staffing so seriously and since the Covid outbreaks, they have put in a lot of resources to ensure adequate staffing levels in Long Term Care facilities. Our company exists to work with you to keep your residents happy and satisfied.

Planning Hands Care is not an Agency, we are a compliance, Pillar. Helping clients remain ministry compliant fulfilling obligations to residents and families.
Founded in 2018, Planning Hands has offices and provides staff throughout Canada, our database consists of over 3000 ready to work, trained, and committed professionals focussed on achieving the vision and mission of our care facilities and the Ministry of Long-Term care.
Today, we serve several facilities across Canada providing them with staff in all departments.
On average, we provide about 16,000 hours of care to various residents per week.

Staff Provided
Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPN), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Care Assistants, Dietary Aides, House Keeping Aides, Director of Cares and Administrators, all the staff we provide can work for short term or long term as per your needs and wishes.
