Long term care
Our staff work in long term care facilities to provide Services that include medical and non-medical care provided to people who are unable to perform basic activities of daily living such as dressing or bathing. We provide staff at home, in the community, in assisted living or in nursing homes.
Companion Care
Planning Hands staff help in preparing whole meals or dishes ahead of schedule. This helps their residents have the much-needed dietary requirements, keep healthy and prevent the adverse effects that would come with poor or missed meals. The staff also help in maintaining the right portion size portion size and help clients reach their nutrition goals.
Hospital care
We provide staff for high level facilities like hospitals, we have staff for Acute care, emergencycare, surgeries, labor and delivery services, diagnostic testing, lab work, and patient education. Our staff provide inpatient and outpatient care services.

Home care
Our staff support our client at home by administering bedside and personal care to clients such as aid in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing and undressing. They also Plan, prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding clients.
